Winter has a lot of wonderful things. The holidays, lights and decorations, apple cider, hot chocolate, many wonderful foods, and spending time with friends and family. There's no wonder as to why couples would want to add their wedding day to this magical time. What can be challenging is finding an indoor venue that is not only functional and warm, but is beautiful and versatile enough so you don't miss an outdoor ceremony. And The Crystal Ballroom has you covered. AND...it's not a barn. (Barns are great, but if they aren't for you, this just might be).
The room upstairs that can either be used for reception or the ceremony, or if your guest list is small, can be used for both. It is a very large that can accommodate 250 people. The table, chairs, linen, and light decor you belongs to the venue and can be used free of charge with the rental. And with the crystal chandeliers (not just one!) and exposed brick wall who wouldn't want a space like this?
The entry into the building. A photographer could really use this space to create a fabulous couple photo, or even just the bride, lying across the loveseat. Or remove the loveseat and have the couple standing under the chandelier. There are so many options that would be beautiful.
A small room adjacent to the reception area upstairs, it can hold a smaller ceremony, a buffet area, a bar, whatever your heart desires.
The room downstairs, it can hold 250 people, and is also very versatile , on the wall to left that you cannot see is a beautiful fireplace with a large mirror, and the venue has draping it you want to cover the tv to create a ceremony space. Arches can easily be set up here, and being indoors, you don't have to worry about wind. The tables can moved (it was in the process of being set up for another event).
The groom's suite, complete with big screen tv, mini fridge, sofa, and a bar. Oh, and of course a place to hang your garments and large mirror to get ready, because that's what the men really care about.
The bar in the groom's suite.
The gorgeous bridal suite. It is photo ready, has mirrors with adjustable lighting, an emergency box with everything you could need while getting ready and it's own private bathroom. Don't worry ladies, there is not a bar, but it does have a mini fridge and tv.
This is a place setting that can be provided by the venue free of charge with the rental. Their linens come in black or white only and they only have this style of charger and silverware, but in my opinion, this is pretty great. If you book with them, you will basically need florals for decor, which saves time and money.
The venue manager Sondra, is also very sweet, responds quickly, and would love to help you with your special day.
