Micro weddings, or weddings with 50 guests or less (some consider it under 75) has been a growing trend the last few years, and in Wichita, Ks, there is a venue that is perfect for just that. Because after all, why pay the high price of a venue that can accommodate more when you don't need it? The Grandeur venue can accommodate 75 guests and has so much to offer with it's budget friendly pricing. 

This is the front of the building. I love it because the owners are brilliant with design. Simple, yet elegant and noticable.

Another photo of the front of the building. There is a little sitting area for guests that want to step outside and if it were not January, there would be flowers and plants adorning the area making it even more appealing. 

This is the inside of the space, on the other wall is the projector screen and sound system. What is great about this venue is that decor, table, and chairs are included with the rental. They work with you on what colors you want, and send you pictures of their centerpieces and design before your event to be sure you are completely happy with what they have come with and can make changes before your big day. 

This is some decor for a graduation party they showed for example, but decor is included in rental, they set it up and tear it down so you don't have to lift a finger. And the decor as shown in other photos is lovely. The owners will actually send you pictures of their decor ideas before your wedding or event (bridal shower, engagement party, etc) to make sure you like it and change it if need be so that you are completely happy on the day of. 

This is behind the venue, plenty of paved parking, handicap accessible, and well lit.
